And Samsung is supposedly coming out with the first truly foldable smartphone sometime in the near future.
The smartphone industry has gotten boring and stagnant lately, but there are certainly a few glimmers of hope in the near future.

I think the notch is good, it relegates the icons to a part of the phone which was laying there unused previously, freeing up more space for browsing, leading to more compact and pocketable phones, and it looks more interesting than a rectangle screen. I hope they put 660 or a P60, 6GB RAM, less than 6in screen in there, price it below 25000 inr. and bring it to India, it will sell like hotcakes. I'm in the market for a premium midranger, I liked everything about the 7 Plus except the size, its too big for me.

A notch? Oh no... I'm claiming heresy on it.
Even if it was a killer deal, I won't even consider it. The notch is a dumb idea, created by people who wanted something stupid to make their phone stand out.

It doesnt disturb anything, you get a bigger screen.
I love the notch too :) it looks better compared to old boring rectangle screen.

Take that iphone X, Now the Nokia X evolved with notch, Nokia 7 Plus feel, super build quality and better camera. Just Nokia didnt make a Nokiamoji! That's the only down point here. Combined the nostalgia with trends. Nice mix. Too bad only for China :(
