Play Music has many issues, including that when I want to stop the music, it still plays on the background even I already stopped the app. It's annoying.

"It was back in December when YouTube Remix was mentioned revealing it'd be a paid service, offering Spotify-like on-demand streaming as well as video clips."
Of course, it is a paid service so that they can milk more $$$ from people just for enjoying multimedia contents. What things do we get freely nowadays, besides air?

That's ridiculous. The Google Play music app serves as the default & only pre-installed music player on any phone running stock Android... Ugh

On iPhone, YouTube already lists (and plays) all movies I purchased from Google Play Movies. The only benefit of the Movies app is an ability to download a movie to watch later. If they migrate Play Music to YouTube as well, I'm okay with that if they add the ability to download content. If not, I'll move to Apple music. With movies Apple is better anyway (but more expensive) because you can play movies in different languages, something Google doesn't let you do.
