Hi..!
I have a comment from the inside of Iran. Mobile operators have filtered the telegram, but they still have not filtered the Internet service providers of the telegram. Currently, I have access to the telegram because my ISP has not filtered the telegram. The people of Iran are currently resisting, but over time, they slow down the download speed and delete their account and will use another messenger. Like Viber, Facebook, Twitter.
Good luck

Iran Government is separate from people, The government wants to control the people through their conversations in telegram app but telegram won't let them, there is no freedom in any field. Anyone who protests disappears

Well, we are not going to use an app that is forced on us and designed to spy on people like Soroush.
Many of the popular services like Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, etc is banned for years here and most people know how to get around censorship.

And, No It has nothing to do with Iran ditching USD, The main reasons are making money out of local alternatives (just like what happened with Youtube) and of course spying on us. national security concerns are bull$shit.

Just use a proxy or VPN to bypass these sort of bans. Telegram is also banned in my country so I always use a proxy server to use it.

George Bush inspired people.

But what doesn't kill you make you more strong. Now we know even better that telegram takes user privacy seriously unlike WhatsApp and all the other messaging services.

There is no privacy in apps like Soroush. the only
purpose of Iran government is to rule the people by this app and it infringing privacy.
