No devices are made to be at 100%, except for server grade hardware, a phone, laptop and desktop all need a break I agree with you there but it's not cheating if it's using the hardware given to achieve the scores.

                        Its a synthetic benchmark so nothing wrong with using the maximum possible resources available. Antutu tests peak performance , not sustained real workload performance.

                        Not really cheating.

                                But the numbers do paint a picture
                                Say, a Snapdragon 845 chip which scores higher than a Kirin 960 in GFX Bench
                                Will almost certainly have better Quality and frame rates while playing, say PUBG Mobile

                                    Well nowdays everybody cheating or companies pays testing companies to post higher score tests.
                                    Its typical Samsung and Apple doing iit often.
                                    But nobody knows because who have most money can pay everything.
