Canada here. I just received the update but it failed on my rooted phone. After a reboot I'm still at 2.3.4 and can't seem to get the update.

Got update this morning & nightmare ever since. Phone rebooting randomly. Battery flat by lunchtime. FC on changing WiFi/network settings (not just tethering). Phone essentially unusable at present. My recommendation is to avoid this update.
