SER, 07 May 2018Ther article talks about iPhone X no other, one, Got it.Isn't iPhone X an Apple device??
I talked about all types of Apple devices.
And does it still matter? Only because it's just the iPhone X in the article, doesn't mean nothing else is.
iPhone 7 Plus units get their microphone disabled. Right, that shouldn't be talked about since it's not the iPhone X.

Poor keyboard design which fails really easily where even the tiniest spec of dust can cause it to fail, not to mention poor repairability as the keyboard is basically riveted to the top cover.
Looks like Apple's obsession with "thinness" is now haunting them left and right now.
This sort of thing seems to be an occurrence over a line up devices over the years, Macbooks have had all sorts of recalls and replacement schemes, and when they 1st started doing it they handled it very poorly, they've gotten better but should you be experiencing this on a premium device, and yes many people may point out the note 7 fiasco but apart from that how many other companies have regularly had to do replacement schemes.
Really hope their customer service is good coz iPhone X is one expensive phone...
I'm sure they'll come up with a solution quickly...

The amount of QC Apple does is second to none. Not Samsung, not Google, not even Microsoft does as much software and hardware testing on their own products. Sure, some defects come through but that's true with all the big name brands.
It took 3 weeks for Samsung to fix my mother's Galaxy SIII that had poorly working Wifi chipset. Google is still having the same issues with the Pixel 2XL's screen. The Surface Pro was widely affected by a battery draining issue.
With Apple, you cannot deny that it is convenient to the consumer to walk into one of the many Apple Stores with your device. Sometimes you might have to pay, seldom they will turn you away, sometimes they will simply give you a brand new one. Mostly they will refurbish your old one, and even organise you to use a loaner model in the meantime.
You should not expect perfection. But you cannot deny that overall, most people are getting a fantastic customer service. Sure, they pay through their teeth for it. But it is one of the major reasons they do it, at least in the Big Five* (USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand).
*and probably other demographics like South Africa, Japan, France, Germany, Sweden.
As an iPhone owner for several model (3g-to 7plus) I can say and with great joy that this iPhone will be my last apple product...I know I know 100mil-1 dont count but...honestly now what does apple offer for that 1k dollars/euros in europe since they dont know what rate of exchange is...So if any1 can tell me what apple and ios have over the competition i am really glade to hear them out...iphone x better camera than s9 plus or p20 pro...NO....better battery life...NO, better OS...Well its up to user but in general not more safe maybe...Better display...Hell NO...so what exactly does apple offer for that 1k euros...well face id...OK...for a single thing without any other option to pay that much...well my friend I wont I should not I will not...So iAdvise all apple users to start searching for a swich only that and maybe not even than apple will go back at what it used to be...cuz atm apple is only a money duster for no reason only branding...And No I am not a hater and I am not a samsung fanboy or whatever other brand just...I dislike getting scammed for no reason
oooo Almost forgot that quick chargeing for which you pay like 100 euros while the rest of the world offers them for free...
-Chinese smartphone brands have questionable quality products, while Apple makes some of the most reliable smartphones at that time, with one of the best customer service support around the world.
Now they swapped their places.
I worry that my sister's iPhone 7 Plus would experience the same problem, considering she was already disappointed by her previous smartphone, the LG G4, because of boot loop.
my songs in my music library were disappeared.. before it was working perfectly and now i found out they were disappearing one by one until no more song in mh music library.. can anyone help me??

2. If Pay large amount of money, i rather it "Just work", then to go down to a service center for "awesome support"
3. Their support is not "awesome".. they are dump down (takes days for the simplest of things and most of the time you lose all data).. charge even more money if you have no Apple care+ (Even if you have apple care+.. you are already paying $$ anyways)
I rather they go back to old days, Sell awesome just work product at high price. Rather then buggy crap with "good" support at high price.
Now for Apple, its almost compulsory to get Apple care+ for everything, else you will end up with NO support, and the repair cost equals to a new Apple product.

Top notch support ... what a joke.
It is really strange that many serious problems pertaining to iPhone and iOS coming up or owned up only after deep market penetration happens. Poor buyers have to put up with disruptions, delays, bugs, faulty products. Online forums eloquently silent on such issues! They never speak up when many such issues get reported in November 2017. Another one is green lines in the display
Despite what the haters say, its commendable that Apple is actively looking to increase the quality control and sort issues out wether they be software or hardware.
Have had issues before by other competitors (HTC, LG, Moto), and the solution offered was "just buy a new one" which was really frustrating to hear after going weeks without a temporary/loaner unit.
Apple customer service, support, and care really is top notch. And this is a valid reason to buy their products, or pay more.
