Or it's global already is I cnt wait to have mine on mate 8 Huawei P9 is a decent phone, stripped with unuseful apps and equipped with Microsoft Launcher. Hope it gets updated soon, so integration with windows will be even deeper. With replaced battery it's fast. Comparing to some newer devices it's a tad slower but not annoyingly slow like some low tier this and last years phones. MS did superb job and I hope for MS Android...

If that's not possible, it should be mentioned when purchased. And security upgrades should roll max two weeks behind the pure android phones for 4 years of launch. And false promises doesn't help.
Most of the Huawei owners won't get the newest android because 9.0 will be out earlier than 8.0 in most Huawei products. I have bought my last Huawei device. Next one will be something better.
