Most of his phones have met their demise falling off a rooftop to the foundation below. I may look into purchasing one of these for him.
This is hardly breaking news
Simply Mobiles in Australia have been selling these for around a month
swiss guy, 06 Sep 2011EU sucks, have you see Greece??? I am moving to the USA soon!sick of Europe.you'll make a wrong make. Move to asia instead! :)
I dont think that a construction junkie is really intrested in deals and contract, just give the bloke something thats unbreakable and he's happy, throw in a flashlight and radio and it gets even better.....
In Europe you can order it already. I received mine after 3 days. In comparison to the SONIM XP2.10, which is also 3G-equipped, it´s a great deal. Better performance, better screen.
Marketing wise this shlould be available worldwide and not on specific regions only to increase its sales..as there are lots of people interested in buying this tough celfone..i my self are one of them.
Pretty sure this looks like the Tough 2 phone in australia made through ZTE.

Wow.. Amazing features! I wish it available in Malaysia as soon as possible and I shall proposed to recommend in very Site Construction handphone in our Tenders. I hope price is resonable too.
They should have UMTS 850/900/1700/1900/2100 to make it a better deal.
Or at least drop the not so frequently used 1700 band for 850.
Anonymous, 05 Sep 2011Only available in Europe?Guess they might bring a CDMA version out soon.
