Businesses won't really put down the phone cos it's a potential business they are gonna lose. It's better for them to provide feedback so it can be improved on cos i'm sure many people don't like to make a call for an appointment.

well it does sounds good, there are a lot of obstacules for it to work seamlessly but if they continue working on it it may get there one day.

They did a great job to sound natural, but ... moreI guess it's ok, and not to mention a receptionist or a customer service usually cater to a certain set of dialogue that pretty much the same across the business with the different being the service they offer, so with enough tuning i can see it will get better
What i'm worried is when the receptionist decide to hold a conversation while waiting for something and that unintentionally messed up the duplex

I could instantly know when I'm talking to Duplex. They did a great job to sound natural, but no it's not. But I was minimally paying attention to it, while a receptionist wouldn't.
