Sheeps would buy such product provided they are prized premium, doesn't matter how useless they are.

On the other note, it's because these are pretty useless in India in most of tier 2 and 3 cities. Maybe good for metropolitan areas. We have LED lights anyways don't need phone controlled lights as of now..

Actually most developing countries have more protectionism in place than developed ones which is why the West is getting bought up by anyone and everyone not from the West now.

I like the mood setting colours, which provides a soothing effect.... but it's "IoT" nature means privacy concerns destroy that soothing effect..

124C4+1, 11 May 2018I have one of their phones already, lol. The problem is no official warranty.That's the big problem with Chinese phones. No warranty!
Though Huawei's flagships has, all midrange Chinese phones don't have even if Samsung's midrangers had warranties too.
