Dual SIM is actually handy (with microSD support) because if you travel on other countries, you can keep your local SIM and insert the current one without removing the other.
Huawei is no cheap company BTW. Their flagships are as expensive as hell. Same goes to Xiaomi too.
The real cheap companies are Oppo and Vivo.

Brands like Hawuai, Oppo, Motorola, One Plus etc, etc all come standard with dual sims and usually in 2018 are true dual 4G and 4G sims.
