Who is your tipster? And more importantly why aren't you informed about those specs yourselves? They are well known.

Let me tip you some more...

It'll have a 5MP camera, 1GB RAM, 1MP front camera, 1.4-1.5GHz CPU.

As for Galaxy Nexus name, doubt it... Considering Samsung's own files are called "nexusprime".
