I actually really like this phone, at least its different, and LG always seem to release phones that look different these days, not all the same like HTC :(

No keyboard beats the Droid3's. Moto just needs to make it a 4.3 inch screen and double up the RAM. Keep the OMAP 4 obviously and unlock the boot loader.

Nice... a querty from LG. Too bad it's a CDMA version.
When will there be a quality querty phone from Samsung (not that cheap 551)?

I really like it and really hope it will be released soon as its way better then the droid3 (which i also kindda like)

I warn you, you might want to TRY one first before you decide to buy

the pentile screen could annoy you to no end

I also wanted that one, but tool a look at the Droid 2 screen (the one on Droid/Milestone 3 should me more or less similar) and concluded I just can't tolerate it.

Great news indeed. QWERTY sliders are always welcome (:

I want to buy the Xperia Pro right now (which, by the way, has been available for month on Ebay) because of the qwerty keyboard, i just can't justify paying $400+ for a slightly outdated phone. (512Ram/1GHz CPU, 512 internal memory).

But then, there's the Moto Droid 3 too. The GSM version being sold in Canada.

It's nice to have more high-end Android QWERTY sliders to choose from! So far, AFAIK there's only the HTC Desire Z and the SE Xperia Pro (I have my eye on the latter, anxiously waiting for it). Let's hoping LG decides it is worth making available also outside Korea.
