I think the fencing does'nt suit japan.... hehehe should been samurai's... anyways as what i read on other thread, the competition now in cellphone makers are very very high ... up to the point they are suing each other at the same time still doing better and better phones.

Not being selfish, the truth is that Samsung should have no problem with Apple if not copy their designs. If not copy apple samsung would not be behind him. Apple is considered by the quality on their mobile devices presents a clear example the iPhone 4, iphone 2, macbook air, everything.

[deleted post]Actually the amount of direct copying of Apple that is occuring is highly debatable. Many Apple patents have actually been purchased by Apple and so they are not in existence just because of Apple's sole innvoation. Thousands (literally) of mobile technology patents have been purchased by Apple (and Microsoft) to, arguably, strangulate the competition ie Android. Therefore there are huge numbers of Apple patents that have practically no direct origins from within the company whatsoever!!!
This is almost the same priniciple that underpins HTCs latest attempt to pursue Apple in the courts. It doesn't matter that Google created cetain patents and then sold them to HTC. Now they are HTCs and HTC can take action in the courts even if the moral case is questionable.
Hopefully all sides will stop this ridiculous behaviour as I'm going to be upgrading in a month or two and I want to see the iphone 5 and Nexus Prime slugging it out in real life rather than in the courts. I will base my choice on what's good for me as the last thing that I would want to be is a fanboy.

Us end users are the ones to eventually tally the loss of a beloved something or other. Kids need to grow up. How similar are tires. Just one example of many things we enjoy that have similar looks to other like products with multiple manufactures. Nice job both of you Samsung and Apple. Go MOTO!!!
