apple is trying to get samsung galaxy s2 banned because they havent finished iphone 5 yet. if they keep making consumers wait any longer, many consumers will buy galaxy s2 instead of waiting for iphone 5. it's already happening - many people are selling their iphone 4 for a galaxy s2 and even wants to trade their iphone 4 with cash on top to trade for a galaxy s2.

I liked apple but nowadays they are so jealous of samsung while samsung products sell really well. I hate apple now. Sorry iph5 I have galaxy SII for much cheaper monthly bill and sgsII has much better spec too. LG mini GD880 was released b4 iph4 and iph4 copied the design. Come on LG sue apple now

okay i admit i do love Samsung and i own a galaxy S but i do like apple as well but after reading all these lawsuits that apple have made against Samsung, i think personally, that apple think Samsung are a threat so they decide to 'eliminate' them from there path as they are a competitor. some of you might say well duh and some might say no apple are the best, suit yourself im just making a personal comment like all of you are. pfffft i dont know what to say tbh

Following the battle between Samsung and Apple has been pretty interesting and somewhat disappointing. First of all Apple is one the newer entrants into the cell phone market. Therefore initially using most of the technologies (existing and owned by other company from before)to make their initial phones. Now that they have bought other companys' patents (not invented/discovered/created by themselves), they are going hideously after other genuine phone companies and suiting them for copying..... This is a total disappointment and lack of class and dignity for Apple. With this attitude Apple doesn't even deserve to be in the same respectable class as Samsung. What's even worse is when the judge in EU dismissed more than half of Apple's claims stating that the design existing from prior [A blow to Apples superficially exaggerated talent in the mobile wold.] Seriously, how low-class and ignorant can a company get. Way to go Samsung. Keep it up. The ignorant (Apple) shall eventually come accept their reality.
