Dont even try to be the final decission maker. You hate samsung products... fine... I got no objection with the same neither will samsung loose billion dollars if you dont buy thier product... Samsung has brought a revolution to the world by bringing super amoled series...by bringing HD screens on galaxy tab 7.7... Its just that some people(May be you)cant take it or rather are not ready to accept the fact that they are better and getting much better with technology..

The sgs and sgs2 are like the i phone true but s/e ,LG and HTC dont copy thats the difference why they are not getting sued.

I am a SE fan and a Nokia fan.....
What I am defending is the right to defend what's yours...
If you make a car , that looks exactly like a mercedes SLK on the outside, doesn't matter what the engine is, you have still copied...
Have you seen those bags of potato chips, cola can, beer can or a shampoo bottle, looks at the small writings on them, it will say like "copying the design of the bottle will cause legal implications" or something like that... doesn't matter whats inside......
Apple has not blinded me...... if it is alright on a bottle of Shampoo, that whats wrong with Apple here???? huh???

It's not like Samsung is cheap, it's all in your "head". Check old SE phones and Sammy's, compare Wxxx series and Uxxx series and say it again that Samsung had cheap design. U600 was one of the best selling phone around the world if i remember, in front of it what did we have @ SE? K800/W8x0..
So quit your stupid argueing, Samsung is loosing at courts, we don't know really why... Since in all brands we have similar designs among models, especially in tablets, for phones, just look at LG Optimus 2x and tell us again why Apple didn't sue LG since february too..
So it's "not samsung copyclat" childish rumor we can read everywhere.

Samsung design for all their smartphones and tablets are copy ... moresamsung may copy just 2.5% of the ipad because of it's rounded edges.why just samsung? many other tabs also have rounded edges and nearly 70% design of the ipad.why dont ban the others?samsung phones have unmatched originality in their designs.no doubt apple is the largest smartphone seller.But i advice apple Pls. dont unnecessarily bash samsung with some baseless and nonsensical evidences

I just like to ask that if Samsung came out with the most popular tablet ever at the momemt with about what is it 79% share of the tablet market. and then turned round and and sued Apple would you all be up in arms. Doubt it you would be saying Apple deserve and Android has won out because it a better product. but the problem is put the the Samsung tab 10.1 in a leather case and the people not in the know will say it looks like an ipad. and its amazing how the top people at Samsung went back to the drawing board when they took a peek at the ipad 2 i mean this was in the press, so yep basically even though i use Android this is Android users sour grapes cry page, because yes they did and do copy Apple
