But heck yeah, if Samsung tries to gain more consumers, they must think something they can compete with Chinese companies!

I think Samsung needs to launch a sub brand just like Oppo did by launching Realme! Samsung has so many good in house Exynos Processors, so why only use the 3 year old 7870??? They can launch a totally new series between INR 10K - 20K with good processors like Exynos 7880, 7884 and 7885! TAKE THE TIP SAMSUNG IF YOU WANNA SURVIVE IN INDIA!
