I have Vibe K5 Plus which never got update after Android 5.1 . so i rooted it and installed a Android 7.1.2 (lineage OS 14.1) there is lot of improvements in speed and also heating issue came back

T... moreYou have to read and investigate more, despite the processor is 64 bit ready, Motorola-Lenovo only provides a 32 bit Android OS, like for example in moto g5 and Z2 play, and others.

lenovo destroy Motorola legacy motorola known for there software updates but now they failed to deliver monthly security patches and Oreo Update. Better go with nokia because they deliver there handset under android one.

bref, 22 May 2018It doesn't matter how much one spends. As a consumer you should expect some kind of support. Yes. Benchmarks do not have real impact in the real world. People buy Motorola because of its name, (even if Lenovo bought it, LMAO), uniqueness, and it stands out more than other phones on the market.

I am using Moto G5 Plus...almost an year..no updates, waste of money and time spending in Motorola mobiles. I am planning to shift to Nokia.
