Sony is the one with this potential, as we can see now the XZ2 already have the floating designs when you put it on a table and the less bezel design with dual front stereo speaker, the back cover design (the holes on the protector case) is unique and gorgeous.

They copied Apple’s designs and original ideas so they should pay for that. Copying is shameful and should not be tolerated, as it hinders designers’ will to create new stuff.
What is the point in spending tons of time, effort, and sleepless nights to create something new and exciting, when you know others are just going to steal your ideas for free and they will profit out of that?
99.999999% of phones today copy Apple; and out of those that don’t, 99% have bad and uninteresting designs.
So because of this, I could never give my money away to companies that are not 99% original and have their own way. Therefore I only have the option to buy iPhones and iPads and so on.

It's like a car maker would copyright the 4-wheel layout on cars.
Maybe Microsoft and Apple already copyrighted the wheel and making all car and vehicle makers around the world paying them for their copyrighted "invention".

Apple only sues Samsung because they are a major competitor against them.Let's see Oppo suing Apple,Huawei,LG,Xiaomi,OnePlus,Asus and others that copied the notch.
Apple should also sue Huawei and others that copied exactly the same design. But Huawei isn't as popular as Samsung.When Huawei becomes popular,Apple will sue them too to ruin their reputation.
