Apple have never innovated anything except stealing other design and suing over other companies with stupid patents that have no right to be patented in the first place.
Steve Job was a genius of marketing and that was only good thing about apple. There was no innovation involved with stealing other people ideas and using them to get profit. It's as same as pirating movies and selling them in China/Indian/Russian market to make profit. Not the best comparison but it will do.

If apple have not done something, then that means none of the electronics companies have done it and it really does not matter that apple cant design nothing if they dont steal from brands like Braun and so on to take design elements and call it there own. With MP3 player they stole the idea and made it popular with white color.

When Samsung won a patent lawsuit that threatens iphone existence, Obama vetoed it.
Samsung should just sued the US govt for unfair trade practice and then use that money to pay apple.

Does Apple have patents for battery placement, screws placement, amount of adhesive used, and other BS patents? That would be really funny and ridiculous if they had those. They abuse everything, because they always have the court/judges on their side.

These are fees to pay for getting to the top.
No company will let you step beyond him without first having to pay up.
But history shows, Wright bros.. Edison.. All of them who focus too much on legal rights instead of innovation.. will soon fade.. Although they will live in the history books, their tech will slowly be overtaken by others with more determination.
But Apple is no single person, chances are i hope they have enough people focusing on innovation.. Else, this will not end well.
