The USonic earbuds have a USB C port at the end, making the adapters useless because its earbuds are one of the best out there. Why would I need a USB OTG anyway?

Geric.770, 29 May 2018No adapter? That means HTC is starting the USB C port trend now. I wonder if it sounds bette... moredo not buy a phone using USB otg. the sound performance of the cheap otg DAC can not match a fraction of high end internal DAC of Snapdragon chip. unless you willing to use 500$+ 32bit DAC.

I wonder if it sounds bette... moreyou lost internal high end DAC. the usb otg normally use cheap DAC. can not compare the quality to internal DAC. if you need a compatible Audio DAC same quality as internal one, you have to spend around 500+ for it.
