AnonD-252, 14 Sep 2011There are no viruses for Android based on Linux, and nfc is not really usable for anything yet... morehahaha. funny how fandroid needs too justify anything someone have said too 'make see' android is too good. android is still young on its gingerbread.
A price tag will definitely help me choose between these two sexy phone

No point in investing in any Nokia phones, b'coz as it is they are going to stop the support for Symbian very soon.
People who like windows phone can probably wait and get Nokia next year.
Cheers!!
I wonder when nokia 701 will be released in Malaysia and how much the price will be? Hope some insider from Nokia Malaysia can give some hints..

YOU!, do not assuming or by guessing and trying to convince any1 without a proof, have you ever seen duo-core running belle or meegoN9, if yes, show me.
AnonD-4420, 14 Sep 2011what about Nokia 600 ???600 is about 180 euro, you can see at nokia discussion sorry for my bad english
Nokia launching a device within 6 months of announcing it?? Amazing! :--P
good to see, hope this kind of thing becomes the norm for Nokia as it has already with other manufacturers.

A dual core 1.5ghz on the N9 would be as fluent as single core 1ghz it's getting now, this is especially true for more gpu accelerated OS' like Nokia does.
i like symbian belle,
it even runs fast and smooth on the nokia n8 with 680Hz and 250megs of ram,
and i only use nokia maps as my primary gps,
i don't like the others...
AnonD-252, 14 Sep 2011SE experia NEO cost as much as C7 and these, 700 and 701, will definetly cost more than C7, an... more701 is 290 euros, 700 is 270 Euros before taxes. In my country, xperia neo is around the same(around 310 Euro, original),xperia ray is more expensive than the neo cos it's new. The price in Spore is around 390 Euro. SE sets is always priced higher.
N9(16 GB) is slightly cheaper than S2, Iphone 4,HTC Sensation.
Plus Nokia has free maps that can be assessed offline. Useful in low internet connectivity areas & saves on data rates. Nokia Maps is up to date for my country, it's the same as the latest from the town planning dept. I can easily get 2 days battery life out of Nokia phones, the same cant be said about Android.
You have your experience, others also have our experience
it's not a good time to get them out now if compare the specs from other company... belle is good, but it needs some more harder work in some areas, why hardware is always the problem to compete, nokia is cheap! stop asking for high price!!

especially if you use a-gps
nokia maps doesnt cover all countries, but neither does google maps, or tom tom
in my expericence garmin covers the most countries
and, guess what, you can use it on symbian
there are others (sygic, navigon) but not free

However, once I was in travel get lost :P and If I didn't have the 5230 with me I still there walking in circles, I trie to other but I remember there was a big pay fee for roaming-data and with the Nokia was free and trouble free.
But for car definitely Garmin or TomTom is the way to go!!

It Makes Perfect Sense T Upgrade CPU And RAM Due To The Heavier OS And The Resource Strain It Brings With It. Still, A Nokia With A 1GHz CPU And 512 MB Ram Is Music To My Ears

AnonD-252, 14 Sep 2011There are no viruses for Android based on Linux, and nfc is not really usable for anything yet... moreAlso Nokia maps is a real treat to Google Maps and other like nDrive, ToMTom, and the main reason is because if you have a privileged device the updates are for "lifetime".
My niece has an E71 and she has the mos updated maps for free, even her phone has some years old.
Nokia still doing a great job with this app, is one (if not) the best app for Nokia phones, and this one even Google can't compare with this.
