Smart World, 01 Jun 2018I can't wait for out surface phone, then you will see what means smartphone. From what time you waiting? 2012? Because thats a year when is the first time surface phone mentioned.. :)

It impresses more, but still the same ideas as we've seen in windows xp. Even old Palo Alto inventions looks fresher. Nothing new. Displays are huge, but nothing adapted to it. Everything is tiny. Increasing fonts and getting mess. MTP protocol still Bluetooth speed. SMB folders duplicates.NTFS driver is not fully supporting last version of ntfs so when you will connect hard drive to windows it always pompts to fix errors. Etc etc. Open source doesn't mean perfection, it's sad but it's true.

Windows 10 is essentially malware.
Windows 8 works without issue, prior to Windows 10 release it was of course tested and crashed on all models, including the Lumia 950 which was supposed to be released with Windows 10 out of the box
Instead of incremental increases to Windows 8, Windows 10 was released by Microsoft
If Windows 10 was fixable and it isn't say releasing the Surface phone operating system and migrating all Windows 10 to it would solve it
If you receive an organ from a cancer patient, you will succumb to that disease
Microsoft just stopped selling phones due to Windows 10 (Samsung Note 7 just the Note 7)
Microsoft ended support for Windows 8 and Windows 10 meant any/ all new Windows 10, would fail,
Hewlett Packard released a W10 phone in anticipation of W10 phone
Microsoft has already removed Groove from Windows 8 and presumably W10 and announced it was no longer making phones
Even if you wanted a Surface phone to come into existence , there are no third-party apps
no Facebook, no Twitter it would mean every body would have to buy a new Phone and get app developers to make apps.
App on Windows 8 are being withdrawn / not being updated

Windows XP SP3 is the best operating system. Windows 7 and 8.1 with ClassicShell are also good, but you have to extensively configure Windows 7 and 8.1 after setup, because they have a lot of harmful services (bloatwares) constantly running in the background, which shorten the lifespan of your hardware (for example the Superfetch service) and you should disable them.

(Using these as my mai... moreYou already have Windows OS, so if Microsoft disappear, it won't affect the existence of already existing and published Windows OSes. Just make a backup (preferably to M-Disc DVD) of Windows installer then you can use it forever.

It works, yes, but why the same things on Android performing way faster? W10 is a mess of different designs, slow working (try to switch sorting by date and see how slow it is, for example) and featureless. I hope Windows will fail at all and other OSes will grow on its place. Ubuntu isn't bad, but it's too similar to Windows.
