As expected from Samsung there will be almost nothing new but price will increase a lot from price for which at day we could be allowed to buy Note 9 the older Note 8 would costs.
Its same like Samsung S7-8-9 Series Main compoments are like same curved screen same latest CPU and GPU same battery RAM Diskspace just slightly better camera.
This going the same way.
Samsung S10 will be foldable phone but i bet it will brings even bigger problems than Apple Notch.

Just a Galaxy S9+ with stylus, like all Notes back to Note 5. Samsung is really boring.

I don't think there are any current retail DAB dongles, some has tried all seems to fail because there's no market. But, try googling for "RTL-SDR OTG" and you'll maybe find something of interest.
There is one small Norwegian company who tried to get a product out called POPyourPHONE, but it doesn't seem like they're very active any more.

Stondec100, 02 Jun 2018One thing I wish they'd do is bring back the IR blaster. Yeah, an IR blaster and FM radio are all I want integrated with my Note 8. I've been able to find OTG alternative to the IR blaster (ZaZaRemote), but can't find any OTG alternative for FM radio...

AnonD-732843, 02 Jun 2018The Note8 isn't worth it since it was rushed after the Note7 fiasco like someone earlier said.... moreBeg to differ there. The Note 8 is my first ever Samsung Smartphone and it's by far the most useful Smartphone I've EVER had, having used jailbroken iPhones for over half a decade and just switched to Android on a OnePlus One back in 2014.

It was easily worth every penny compared to the cheaper competition like the OnePlus 5T. You're merely paying less to get less when you compare the 5T to the Note 8, unlike them overpriced jokes called iphones...

Samsung should have just went along with the numbers introducing a Note6 in the 1st place. (galaxy S6 anyone?)

The Note9 will be a refined model of what the Note8 should have been(also what someone else earlier said) but how big that refinement is we have yet to see.

Um, what about the Mate 10/Pro? It's also a sexy phone of 2017 with IR Blaster, and has a huge battery to boot!

I would love if it had FM radio. Internet radio is n't very good or reliable, as it keep dropping and kills data quota. They could have added DAB radio.

I miss 'real' home button.....

They could have made smaller compact phones, as phones these days are getting bigger.

Besides, IR module will just make it 0.00000001 inch thicker and become harder to hold and will lose sexiness that buyers can show off to others. /s

There was a time when the Note and Galaxy series were different but now S9+ just blurs the line up. If you need an S Pen, Note8 should be just fine otherwise, S9+ has you covered on all counts. Samsung, please bring the differentiation back!

My birthday, sweet! Writing this on Note8 that to be fair is almost flawless. Easier to reach fingerprint sensor and stereo speakers only things Note9 could improve upon.

Looks like there will be nothing big for Note 9. Probably it will have stereo speakers, which I wish my Note 8 had them. I'm not going to upgrade until under screen fingerprint scanner is implemented. Going to wait for S10, X or Note 10.
