With all the hype about the essential and the overpriced, sub-flagship which had a huge price drop later on.. makes you wonder if it were less than a product and more like a scam..
Not saying it's a bad phone, its marketing strategy was.

If only Essential Team was focusing on the performance of that camera app. Michael Fisher (MrMobile) says that the app is still staggering on issues still, but not worse than before.
If they started like OnePlus did before, then it will be a huge hit for now.

In my use, the update helped low light pictures.
Great phone imo.
