HHHHAAAAA! Look at how huge that chin became. Bezel-less my azz. All they did was turn the screen upside down and now the camera is at the bottom. Another fake Chinese full screen phone. I wouldn't give you $300 for it.

They could've just removed the bottom bezel and kept the top bezel and placed all the sensors, camera, earpiece etc. there. In other words, reversed the design. Sure it doesn't look as pretty and symmetrical, but at least the selfie camera and sensors are not in a dumb position.

I seem to see a lot of people saying the same thing or venting their dissapointment which is fine.. but I think there's more to take into consideration as they seem to be overlooking the potential of seeing some variations. We already know the Apex comes in 3 versions so the same thing could happen here. I've seen so many complaining about it not having a front cam, and probably not wanting to go down the route of the periscope, whether it's to do with the cost of designing it, a delay in the launch or even the reliability.. I wouldn't have a clue, but there's possibly a version with the selfie cam, and the version with only proximity sensors and what not on the chinbar.. As for specifications, we'll find that out soon enough, though I wouldn't dismiss it as a "non flagship" yet just because of a couple of benchmarks which show specs nothing like what's been touted. You don't make a flagship device in one regard and make the rest of it a turd in comparison unless you're making variants to appeal to different crowds which looks exactly like what's going on here.

Did anyone ever heard word "symmetry"? I mean, we do accept asymmetry in art all the time, it's sometimes high praised even. But asymmetry in technology and industrial design is for douchebags, hipsters and nouveau riches, people with their head in their a$$.
Can anyone in this god damn world can have a common sense?

This whole thing was false advertisin... moreI agree on the hype part.
But until Google adds fully-customizable gesture support I'm in favor of chins, it's easier to hold the phone and reach the navbar this way.
