Imagine if Google decided to do a Locked-Down version of Android ?

Say completely closed-source, with no side-loading, and a select App Store that housed Applications specifically made and tested for that specific phone. I think it has a chance at success depending on the details of the phone, Apps, and price.

No-one expected Chromebooks to be a success, so weird things do happen.

They earned 100 billion and apple robbed 7 billion of people sellling 379 dollar phone for 1350 euros. Grats
