I think Xiaomi pursued an excellent strategy in the years. The Mi5 and Mi6 were excellent flagships and various Mi Note2/3 and Redmis and Redmi Notes were amazing value handsets with really outstanding performance and battery. Now that they are well known for quality, updates (MIUI), price, battery and performance they have expanded noticeably in Europe. The Redmi Note 5 Pro, the Mi8 and the Mi8SE will sell really good in italy,France,Spain,Romania,UK especially now that people aren't afraid of purchasing sans warranty from grey markets.
