Notebook from HP with equal specs like Vaio cost 200-300 eur where Vaio cost 1200.
Where Vaio adds 1200 price tag for that i can buy a proffesional gaming laptop from Dell.

It has been sold 4 years ago so now a different company sells it. But its no more Sony.
So even the quality and remarkable brand of Sony is gone with these laptops.

Believe it or not...this is still cheaper than a DSLR camera...because a DSLR camera cost about 1200..but then you gotta buy lens for different scenes...this is way more compact and provides more options without the use of an expensive external lens

Sony has stated before that RX line doesnt produce "replacement" so to speak, but "variant".
Hence Sony direction to give different features to each RXs

AnonD-731363, 05 Jun 2018They had notebooks knowns as a Sony Vaio and they died because for very high price they offere... moreOf course Chinese knock off will always be cheaper cause they have no R&D costs but that is the reason why they will never come up with high end technology or packaging.
Btw Vaio is still alive as separate entity and they make some high quality laptops and best tablet/laptop convertible because they own the patent that lets you fold the screen without turning the whole laptop upside down so keyboard faces dirt of the surface.

And also I heard that their air conditioners are on a big sales lately. Also when someone comes to my mobile store to unlock some Sony device prices are incredibly high, so no one wants to do it. And it goes through Sony server for unlock.

Sony is cheap, camera is far from Xiaomi's but still ....
AFYI : Sony camera's are one of the best on the market, check comparison with other of photography world such as Nikon, Canon, etc.
