apple is a design firn if some1 copies their design they should have the right to fight back.
now dont get me wrong i dont think phones or tablets should be banned but you must admit out of all android devices the samsung range has a very apple like design. if you cant see that you are most def blinded by your love for the company

as you said samsung make their own devices and therefore it costs them less to produce these products so surely they must be making a huge markup on those devices.
yeah apple products cos alot but materials used are better (metal and glass not plastic) and they have to pay all those companies for the hardware. who makes it is irrelivant its who designs it thats important.
whats the diff between buying a 510gbp iPhone and 500gbp gs2. they are both overpriced for the hardware its the design and development that puts the price up

the present processors are by far more than enough. put your money in developing better battery. the high end phones have to be charged twice a day now. soon the batteries will last only as much as a laptop.lol...

Apple has started suing on Samsung, do you know why? because their eyes and hands has touched galaxy s ii and their brains have accepted.. before galaxy s ii they were silent but now Samsung is taking first place in smartphone race, after galaxy s iii what will apple do? their iphone 5 is still in fear and yet not come out, this is the dazzling of Samsung that every other is worrying about..

only if samsung provide it with 5000 mah battery then i ll buy it...for now i just to comfort with my lovely symbian e6 and a netbook with 1.5ghz proc....:D

lol thts way 2 much for a phone or evn a tablet my old pc had 2.3ghz single core processor and 1gb ram lol running windows xp
i think core 2 quad are gud for tables and pc only

QUADCORE!!!!??? wait a moment do they fix the problems with the battery??? I mean i have the S2 and I need to charge the battery twice a day. They recommend me not use full brightness display, turn off functions like Wifi bluetooth if im not using them or use Wifi over 3G.. but I am already doing all of that and im still charging the battery twice in a day... what i should do later? turn the phone off and turn it on only when Im going to use it?? C'mon Samsung, what s the purpose to have the most advanced phone of the universe but you cannot use it after 4 or 5 pm... I have 16GB of space in the GS2 but if I want to hear music means that battery is going to die at early afternoon.. thats a pain you know where.. :/

AnonD-10458, 18 Sep 2011Samsung is not a great mobile brand, it still not his independant os system like nokia , black... moreSamsung has bada os which is there own. I had a wave 8500 which was an excellent phone before I purchased the galaxy2. bada 2.1 which is coming out soon looks pretty sweet and with there awesome hardware samsung is positioning themselves well just in case things get rocky with google aquiring motorola.

Its like a car that drives 50km/h and then 100km/h. When the car drives 100km/h it doesnt consume just twice as much as with 50km/h, it uses more than twice as much. It like having two engines work to get 100km/h, so that each engine would only have to bring power of half the force forward (half force doesnt mean half speed), so that it has same force forward like one engine running at 100km/h, but both dont consume less than the one running at full power. Quadcore makes that even better, because there you got 4 cores. But whatever you think, I am just a stupid Volkswagen Engineer, you probably know better.

@mehran: check out the galaxy note, then we'll talk about the iphone 5. do you even know who actually makes the parts of the iphone? in case yu did'nt its lg, sony and samsung that make the iphone components, then these are assembled in china. check any apple product and it saus 'assemble in' not 'made in' coz they dont make their own stuff :D

What I most respect about Samsung is the strive to be the best. A company that builds its own chipset which is blazing in benchmarks to be the best. A company that builds its own screen which is one of the best now. In short a company that builds its own SmartPhone, not design one & hand it to the Chinese with respect to China people & sell it for a huge price. For example, Galaxy S II costs less than iphone 4.
