With the Samsung GS3 I think it will introduce the ARM Cortex-A15. I don't think it will be quad core but dual core again. How this will turn out in terms of power consumption will be interesting to see.

Only thing I think will change is instead of 1.5gb it could be 2gb of ram and 12M camera but hey its not about the pixels.
