Still, wonder what made you post or comment on a device which you haven't used and still claim to be the laggiest!
I do agree Samsung is slow with updates but I won't compare it with a low-end budget device like Infinix Note 4.
If the Infinix Note 4 works for you well, keep using it. What makes you post bad about a device or manufacturer if you are not using one?

I have downloaded the oreo update on my device without any issue there is difference in performance on positive side as it was running on 7.0 for over a year

As my micro USB port has failed long back (I've been using only wireless charging since then), I can't even use smart switch to update using a computer. I wonder if the OTA will ever be available again.

Anonymous, 09 Jun 2018I still have no Oreo update on my S7. Its getting annoying.All galaxy heavy user knew fast update is past tense for samsoeng. Go buy xperia for faster update, motorola for new innovation, iPhone for longer support
