XZ and XZ premium had snapdragon 820 with 3GB of RAM,
XZ1 has the 835 and 4 GB of ram, anyways that was MY experience, ive been using xperia phones since the Z1 Compact and owned every sony's flagship, even the freakin Xperia Furnace Z4.
I am not misleading people anywhere, I always encourage people to buy xperia phones since they are overall the best all rounders.
