In that case, should not Huawei sue Apple if they copy their 3 camera design? and what about the notch? it's not Apple's original design either, I sincerely do not know who was the first noth designer but Apple just made ir popular.
Shouldnt apple been facing all these sues too from copying others as well?

I hope Sharp sues Apple for copying their camera notch design. Apple aren't innovating anything, they're just using others' ideas and then suing. They deserve a good multi-billion fine themselves.

I'm a Samsung fan (i do have the Galaxy S9+) and i do agree that Samsung should pay for what they have copied (as they are saying themself to). However. What Samsung argues about is on how much the things / patents Samsung copied from Apple is worth.
I agree that Samsung shouldn't pay the full price of a design that they just copied small parts of, because that's just dumb.
So i hope Samsung win this case. Yes, this case is not for avoiding paying Apple, but to pay the correct amount of money for what they copied.
