I voted for P20 Pro... XZ2 Premium is an excellent device if you look at specs and I expect it to perform admirably but it sucks in terms of practicality thanks to its horrid design, poor ergonomics and insane weight and thickness.

From group C, I pick zenfone 5z bcs its price to performance. You get a flagship device with 60% price of samsung s9, or 30% of iphone x 256GB official price. Moto z3 play has not been released, black shark will never get released here (nor other xiaomi flagships).
From group D, I pick Huawei P20pro just bcs its a safer choice

Dude, are you serious? Xz2 Premium is better than p20 pro almost every comparison. Instead of design it's specs are really premium. Sony phone's battery capacity's higher than their mah. This means p20 pro and xz2 premium's durability is same. Sdm 845 is already much stronger than kirin 970 in every respect. Xz2p cameras may have same quality with p20 pro cameras. If they are not same, xz2p camera is still great. It's dxomark score must be above 100. Xz2p display is already much better. 4k hdr display.
