I'm still using my OnePlus One which still works just as well as it did when I've bought it (even the battery hasn't aged much, it can still last 2 days). I've never had a case on it and the only damage it got from all the drops over the four years are slightly scratched corners. It's also still well supported by the community, I'm running LineageOS 15.1 (Oreo) on it.

ive never seen those company phones work even for 6-8 months without breaking something in itself

The first Oneplus was a nice price, too expensive now. The recently released Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s is a little over $500 now, a better deal. Same SD845. Some pros and cons but mostly don't matter to me.

I say it is the notch. Notchless phones are being massacred this year. For example s9 is selling worse than s8 and s8 was the worst selling samsung flagship since s2 (so that says a lot).
Hopefully by next year everybody and his do would have a notch. Honestly top (and bottom) bezel must die. It is just a burden...

This is so weird. I remember reading something a while ago about the oneplus one selling 1.5 million units total throughout its lifespan. It's great to see oneplus make it this far!

But OP6 is the perfect mobile for what it offers. I won't complain. I don't see anything that beats this now

It looks like ONLY YOU and several other people wished like that and the other 6 million are completely okay with the op6.
I totally disagree if you said op6 copied apple just because you hate the notch and said all notch smartphones are apple. Your way of thinking is so shallow.
