But I am not in favor of having ambient light sensor and proximity sensor in the slider.

That rear camera design is so ugly it somewhat resembles Blackshark's Camera design.
Why not hide its camera just like what Vaio did with it first phone and add some ringed light to make it more beautiful.

Once you get the phone, unlock the bootloader, and then flash any custom rom of your choice. Of course, roms will take a while to arrive, but then, it's totally worth the wait.
