If you measure the pixels and compare... moreIt could be a fake since before this leak there were leaks of the Nubia Z18 featuring a notch or an even bigger STB ratio. I think if you want a compact big screened 16:9 device you should go for the ZUK Edge or the Meizu 15.

More impressive is the previous or correct aspect ratio. It looks to be 16:9 or 16.5:9.
I don't like tall aspect ratio as is with my S8+. It could be useful on 16:9 landscape games but not videos.

Xiaomi does it best if you dont often need a selfie cam, samsung does it best if you need a selfie cam. There is no need for any notch, it's just a trend that leads nowhere. That 2 little screen wedges are hillariously unuseful for any video, game, webpage - - - so that notch is only needed for: taskicons as battery, signal etc. Im sorry but I rather have a bezel with a good cameras and maybe a front flash or NO bezel with less important camera but more screen size.

will be a milestone for upcoming next generation smartphones to become Notch+bezel less.

OIS? EIS? Camera2API? Without these three Nubia's always amazing Camera performance will be nothing more than cheap marketing.
Seeing that the Z18 Mini was notchless too one would expect the flagship model to follow the same design. But I don't like that Nubia is compromising on the cameras now...

That Z18 in the hand dont even look big to me. Easily use one handed. As for the front cam mechanism, it is not even shown. It definitely wont be something like Oppo Find X. You can see front the picture again the rear camera is already activated without any camera popping up. It may be periscope style or simply a chin front camera. The picture too blurry anyway. Assymetrical design? You want equal size forehead and chin? Not gonna happen. I guess you hate notch phone or 3-side bezel less phone. Going back to S4 is not innovation. That just digging your own grave moves. Ever seen a brand that keep holding onto the past? Yeah, they are quickly dying.

On top of that, display not centered in the device.. asymmetrical ugly design.
This craze is going out of hand. Same with the screen dimension, seal battery.., slim. All indirectly affect usability in some way..
I wish in the future.. someone reverted to S4 / iP4 / HTC HD2 era.. and call that INNOVATION.

Thoses animated phones can be leaked thousands times, u won't find out what's the mecanism until the unveiling
