Minor criticisms, but people take that thing to a whole new but irrelevant level.
As a Sony fanboy myself, I know which are the Sony haters and the ones who are truthful to what he/she's saying. Well it's easy anyway, because a truthful complainer would instead wish to have the problem to get fixed, while a hater will do nothing but complain, as if doing it every single time would solve the problem.
Sony has their own forums app. You can talk more relevantly and scientifically there about Sony-related things.

Yeah, their customer service was already non-existent here - this only adds to why Sony is not worth the money. You simply don't get any customer service, and you really will need it with a Sony too.
I'm sure someone with their Sony-glasses on comes and says: "This is fake news, Sony doesn't have any issues." :-D And when the issues are being made public, they still won't admit that the service they'll need will be treating customers very badly.
