      This is great news!
You know what does it mean?

It means that for the first time in the recent years, Samsung wouldn't get exclusiveness for the first production batches of the chip!

This means that finally LG won't be late with their flagship. And also Xiaomi, HTC, Sony, and maybe even Oneplus.

Samsung wouldn't have a few months exclusiveness for the new-generation chips!

      And that's great!

Awesome! That would yield an even higher preformance peak, or better Power efficiency
