Just because you're a light user (take silly selfies and post them on fb), doesn't mean heavy users like me and a LOT more people (think only about the Note users) don't.
Let the men choose their SMARTphones and go play a game with the kids, cos you're embarrassing yourself.
Oh, next time try a REAL class 10 expensive SD card, not a cheap knockoff, so you don't whine about heating issues and lagging. The SD cards are advancing every year, you know..
OTG is great, but having an SD card is 100 time better.
Or you can't afford an expensive SD card?

While I understand the importance of Dual sim models. Unless I really needed TWO SIMs. Never been a fan of Dual sim models.

BUT only a few in the upper end.
My GUESS would be that they learnt from aPples greed and want potential buyers with enough money to burn to buy the high end stuff, to shell out even more, and to do this they use the excuse that SD-cards are slow for the fast devices. But of course for a vast portion of the space consuming items like music and images, it does nor really matter. Sure if you want to shoot high speed for what ever reason it could be an issues, but then channel that to the fast memory, and use the SD as slow storage. On transfer of large amounts it could be an issue too - but is that really worth the extra price to buy a device with 512GB internal storage?

I have jio with 4g 2gb per day and airtel with 4g data 190+ gb remaining and still counting.

Dual Sim is the best invention (if you can call it an invention) in the phone market. Very useful. Too bad Iphones don't support it. What I don't like are hybrid slots, where you have to make a decision between a second sim card or a sd card. Phone manufacturers should always release true Dual Sim phones with a separate third slot for the sd card.

... moreActually at the least 3 of the 9 on my 'good guys' list does not belong there, as LG offers two VARIANTS, with either a sim+hybrid slot OR a sim+dedicated sd slot. I'm not sure if this goes for the Q7 too.
But the search currently gets confused by that and thinks the model offers both....

Dual SIMs and sd cards do not slow down a phone. I should know, I own a dual sim phone with dedicated sd card slot and use 2 sims with a 200GB sd card. And you think all internal memory and zero sd card slot is good? For the phone manufacturers maybe, but not for consumers. You will be wasting your huge investment in a 512GB of internal storage in an sd card-less phone because whether you like it or not, it is bound to be inutile in a year or two because of sealed batteries that lose capacity and software updates that slow down the phone to a crawl, forcing you into an unnecessary upgrade. That's planned obsolescence at work. Here, read more and educate yourself:

Good luck with bringing another phone or fiddling for the release key to open the sim card drawer for swapping.

The price jump from a 64GB card to a 128GB card is absolutely insane in my country. There's an $85-100 price difference. You could buy an entry level Xiaomi or Nokia 1 for the price, it's ridiculous!
Especially when you think that it's only $20 to double a locally available Mi A1's memory (and get 33% more RAM)...
