Smaller sealed batteries mean deeper discharge levels, more charging cycles, and hence, shorter battery and phone life. Adding more cameras, more megapixels, more RAM, or a newer processor is better. It will justify ever increasing costs while still maintaining the phone's life within a 1-2 year average. After that, its irritation time (multiple charging times/day, being tethered to a powerbank). That's planned obsolescence.

Having said that, i give no fcks for the s line.... moreNo way I'm buying a Samsung phone/tablet ever again after my bad experience with 3 Samsung phones/tablets. Unfortunately, inasmuch as I want a Xperia XZ1/XZ2 Compact or Google Pixel 2, they're only available in my country through grey markets and they have no official warranty. I'm sticking with Huawei (using a P10 right now, and so far it's still going strong even after 1 year+ ) for now until I find someone who'll go to countries where those two phones are available and probably just ask them to buy a Pixel 2 or XZ2 Compact for me.
The only Samsung products I like are their MicroSD Cards (due to lack of other brands that have 64GB and higher capacities such as SanDisk in my city) and their SSDs.

Bad decision a singgle Camera on the back in 2019 more declining samsung phone sales, smaller one Should have dual front camera with led flash and dual camera on the back available in pink,gold or red color.

Samsung copied Apple before several times. Now they're copying Huawei with the 3 camera system. Next thing we know they'll be copying HTC with its pressure sensitive (Active Edge) sides and the HTC U12+'s pressure sensitive buttons.

When everyone start adopting dual camera we said they all copying each other. Look at us now, no dual camera no buy. If flagship has single rear camera today then we get angry and bash them. Even budget phone have dual camera. Flagship phone need to up their game with triple camera of course.

Way too much emphasis being placed on mobile phone cameras these days, they obviously cant come up with anything new so claiming the camera is improved drives up the price. Dont believe the hype.

P20 Pro slaugthered S9+ in low light, XZ2 Premium is even stronger.
They will probably try to copy Sony's ISP ..

That way you can add extra battery, stereo speakers on the sides, cooling chambers etc
I wouldn't mind having a 1-1.5cm thick phone with GREAT battery life that lasts more than a few hours.
Oh, add 2 SD card slots and I'm buying it for sure!

Glad to know there would be flat screen again. I prefer flat screen and handy (smaller). and it would be the version costs me the least. Nice development.

Samsung is screwing everyone with the lowest S10 variant.
