Considering phone history here, when j8 hits the shelves it will be $300+ so it is a bit overpriced. I can get much better specs for the same price from other brands.
I'm also concerned about maintenance and repair costs:
A typical speaker replacement here costs $5 from Asus.
While Samsung and Sony's headphone jacks cost $12 and I don't even want to mention the speaker XD

The Chinese Brands have killed the Samsung in Midranged Category... The era has gone where people used to buy poor Hardware Samsung phones with a trust...
They are still trying to reduce the prices but with that they are also cropping the hardware... Not gonna work...

Not sure how the price going to help their sales. The only good thing I see here is the 16mp f/1.9 camera and the 64gb storage. Else the 720p+ screen and SD450 is a big no at that price.
