Samsung and LG do offer models made in their home country, Korea...
Not an iPhone user currently, though had one as an office phone provided to all employees during my stint at previous job...

Pretty sure they'll pack in mediocre batteries (less than 3000 mAh on the non-Plus models for the refreshed iPhone X and LCD one, and less than 3500 mAh on the Plus).
Sure, iOS has great standby time but it still has mediocre Screen-on-time. That's one reason I'm sticking with Android. Android since Nougat has good to great standby time now, and Screen-On-Time has been good to excellent.

Battery is the main reason why they're making such bigger phones these days, except that the iPhone X has a weird battery life with small battery even if it has a large space for huge battery.

Geric.770, 27 Jun 2018Touch ID will be joining to the death club too. :(I guess Touch ID is already dead. Not expecting Touch ID on any new 2018 iPhones. I like the mid size around 4.5 phones which pocketable and yet big enough for media consumption but suffer on battery life. I guess that is why iPhones are getting bigger too as their small phones always lacked in battery life.

Still a great device, fluent, fast, great multitasking. Overall 9 outta 10. That one is camera, as it is average more. You can find Iphone 6s for 200 euros maybe less. At least where I live. Iphone 7 is more expensive and you get same specs almost, expect from camera.
