Mi band 2 has been disappointing. I felt cheated as the product didnt perform as they claimed. The pedometer was way off (5-10 times error in steps). The HRM doesnt work most of the time. The strap lasted only around 6 months ( around 400 times removal)

Just bought Mi Band 3 for my wife and it's very good p/p. Only 1 thing I want more on Band 3: touch to start manual exercise like my Fit2 Pro!

$25 dirt cheap smartwatch. I wont be surprised with the ships numbers. Most atheletics people I know wear this. Best smartwatch for its price.

i bought all 3 previous generation Mi Band Namely Mi Band 1, Mi Band 1S & Mi Band 2, sad to said it doesn't perform well, is like hit & miss, especially Mi Band 2, it keep giving error display, hang frequently.
Xiaomi product has always been sound great but in reality it doesn't live up to what it claim.
But if someone who wants a cheap watch, then there can buy one & use it as watch just to tell time.

I have used 2 of the previous Bands of MI... And have been using the 2nd Gen Band since December 2016 daily... And it still works pretty well...
Would surely go for the 3rd Gen...

Zoz, 28 Jun 2018Any chance the early bird/smart alarm function is existing in this model? I dont know about smart alarm but mi band 2 have independent alarm that can be inputted through smartphone
