Yes, the Sony XZ2 P is promising and I will going to buy it.
I know the price is high but the camera isn't the only part of the price, there is the durability and the water proof test that even the Famous phones couldn't handle and failed

As for camera in XZ2 premium rgb+monochrome sensor, it indeed looks very promising in low lights photography, especially sony using a dedicated Aube chipset for the fusion processing, unlike Huawei rgb+monochrome which only limited using software. Cant wait for the final results.
Anyway, the point here is about pricing. As an ex Sony phone user and now become huawei user, the price they suggest is effing high.

Sorry Sony, much as I like your phones, that is too much.
Same with any other "flagship" phone (i.e. Samsung, Apple, etc.) that is that much or more.
No phone is worth that kind of money.
Want the phone but don't want to buy it with that stupid crazy price? Just wait for it, and buy it next year around March( or early) it will be half of what it is now.

Though the 3 camera was going to happen and was predictable and I always knew it's going to happen.
For the camera part yes there is one phones with dual camera and that's the XZ2 Premium just go check the pictures and the videos some people released

Companies are following apple not only with functions but also with prices... I don't think that Sony is doing so great and experience huge demand that they can put so high price for their phone.

But still with no telephoto lens u cant get that 3x and 5x hybrid zoom. 12mp + 20mp limits to only 2x zoom. So still, the third camera sensor not a gimmick.

And that's coming from someone using a Huawei phone. They could've just made 2 lenses like the regular P20, but kept the really large sensor size with only a 12 or 20 MP resolution for bigger pixels, and placed OIS on both cameras. Or better done the Pixel route with just one big sensor for the camera plus massive data gathering from the sensor through software for best results.

Still no. 2 sales in the world. Sony? Even normal XZ2 didnt sell well, they have to reduce price down to compete, eventhough their main selling point now is their camera, which looks very promising.
