with this update we lost the ability to assign different notification sounds to different family members, friends and clients. I am hoping this feature will be restored. I use it on a daily basis. Not happy

My colleague just replaced his international exynos model S7 with the Note 8 because of the pink/magenta screen on his dying amoled display and because he can't tolerate the battery drain, stutters and lags after the update. He's happy for now with the Note 8 though he carries a huge powerbank almost all the time, being a heavy Facebook user.

After OS upgrade, the following apps can be deleted as the customer wishes: Samsung Connect, Samsung Gear, Samsung Music, Game Launcher, Baidu. This is very good.

After upgrade, the UX feel better but the signal for my operator is not too good (in Indonesia), even when the signal is 4G+ and full bar the speed is slow. Is there any problem with my device?

Translation: Intentional processor throttling / slow down to prolong 'screen on time' of a dying sealed battery. Time to upgrade to the S9.
