Jamesschwarz987, 05 Jul 2018I think you need to look at a comment below yours.
Yes, i agree with him.Like i would care OMG.
You guys are really funny.
I am not bashing or punishing these brands because i must but for a very xcertain reasons.
Every brand must respect its customers and do as they want works for them not aganst them.
Look at Samsung for example do you think customers like to wait year or more for update?
I dont think so.
Or apple do you think that customers are hapyp knowing that 379 dollars apple X which is its manufacturing price is selling for 1500? And on a cobntract you will pay even more?
Also i dont think so.
I dont expect that apple will sell for same price as xiaomi but please do understand.
Brand new S9+ when released cost 1050 dollars or more depends on your local shop but now its no problem to find it for 600-700 brand new just aftrer the 3 months.
The last year S8+ had price of 999 now you can buy it for 500 and Samsung still makes a profit of 200+.
Robbing the innocent customers its not the way company should go.
If the whole planet would know the difference between manuufacturing cost and selling cost i can guarantee you that theses companies will sells no more.
Thus i love xiaomi way which sells for really low makes the profit and became one of top 4 brands around the globe.
There is nothing bad on making profit but robbing customers by selling really expensive and selling cheap to make 25% profit instead of 400% are 2 different things.
Hope you now understand.
Because for price of 1000+ i would expect much more than these brands which sells phones for 1000+ can offer.
Thus the Mi8 Explorer is the best cell phone of 2018. Comparing the specs and price with any other flagship is worth every penny.

Or Apple X examples are all around the world with android inside.
But having somethign which looks like Apple X doesnt means copying.
Every company have its own manufacturer where simple parts are put together.

He is like a horse that has side covers on his eyes, he only sees straight, one direction, one purpose, to troll people
AnonD-731363, 01 Jul 2018If its not copy then what is it omg???Apple doesn't make their parts and manufactured their product by their own. So, they buy the parts from suppliers. Samsung, Toshiba, Asahi, Sony, Qualcomm are their notable suppliers.
Oh ya, you need to get a better reading, i'm pretty sure you're so new here.
Ask where all that retina display, memory, battery, modem, and other parts came from.
It's not calling copying. Other company who can't produce their own also bought those parts from other companies that produce that.
AnonD-731363, 01 Jul 2018They make it more better and secure. How? Only by a single camera?

The first inventor of the telephone should sue all brands using the concept of a telephone since he was the first and base on your twisted logic it is still copying

Someone implement new technology and everybody use it own way.
AnonD-731363, 01 Jul 2018If its not copy then what is it omg???what your saying is copying is actually copying the concept of face unlock, ICS has their own tech to implement their own face unlock. apple has their own tech to implement their own face unlock. so its not copying idiot. its like a smartphone, android has their own concept about how a smartphone should function, open source, while apple has their own concept of a smartphone that is controlled.
now if you follow the tech of apple on how they implement their own face unlock now thats copying. samsung has a different approach on face unlock, they added the iris scan, thats not copying face unlock concept.
every OEM has a different approach on face unlock, if a company follows the tech that is implemented on other companies face unlock thats where copying comes in.
"Thank you both companies for amazing soap opera experience for all those years, I hope it is not a last great opera you will give to us to experience" - faithful fan
Rumour has it that they settled on a figure of US $300 Million.
That's a blow to Samsung, but its nothing they can't balance the sheets and bounce back from.
Apparently this was a "win" for Apple, since the alternative could have meant that Apple was awarded $0 and be made to pay Millions back to Samsung in legal fees. On top of that, losing a key case and invalidating MORE of their patent portfolio. So now Apple can pay off their lawyers, techs, and designers with this money.... and they still retain the ability to legally "bite" other competitors that may copy Apple regardless of intent.
This is mainly aimed at China: Huawei, Xiaomi, Oppo-vivo, and Lenovo-moto who are actually eating into Apple's profits in markets such as Europe, China, and India.
I bet Apple got a really sweet deal for Samsung parts out of this.
apple should sue xiaomi for copying them

Please educate me because i kn... moreApple took from Samsung and paid loyalty, whereas Samsung took from Apple and did not pay. That is why Apple won the court cases and Samsung was penalised and kept on appealing.
finally both brands realized that Huawei might reach the top and other brands might take over them in the Top5 if they wont concentrate on their innovation

AnonD-731363, 28 Jun 2018Maybe but Samsung was first to use it. I.E. implemented it to state where this could be usable... moreBefore iPhone X (the use of dot projection and infrared), your third sentence was referred to all of face recognition unlock technology that equipped in a smartphone, since it only uses a single front camera, so what Samsung used is the same with the legacy ICS did.
