[deleted post]I hope you avoid profanity it's just phones why you are so upset about it!
It's still MeeGo! harmattan is just a codename! That's what is said in MeeGo website http://wiki.maemo.org/Task:Maemo_roadmap/Harmattan

Do you work in Nokia marketing department? Are they paid you in advance to defend them?

I wonder where people are pulling that "Production quota of 95000 units". Very silly considering one operator in Finland alone is getting 5k units of N9 in the first shipment. That'd be more than 5% of the whole production if that number was true.

But, I know how you people love mr. Murtazin. :)

at the time when N9 will be available on the grey market, Samsung Galaxy s2 will be under the price of N9. So you must be veeerrry ritaaarrrd to buy n9 at the same price or even higher

Yeah right... like they did with the N800/N810i. Launched Diablo and never cared about consumers since then.

A giant would forever remains one. One needs to consider how weighty the nokia's comment is. Nokia is waking up. A sleeping monster. I use apple product you need to know.

Nokia may release on or two updates maximum to show people that they keep updating but the truth they won't... why would anyone releases a phone and few days an update rollover? just a showoff?
People you risking yourself with Nokia! Enough is enough just move on to Android, Iphone, BB anything worth trusty... Let Nokia dies with peace if you loved Nokia because Nokia started to get dementia they don't know what they are doing
Look for yourself Intel intends to abandon Meego WHO WILL SUPPORT IT? Nokia won't do it they are busy with Windows Phones and they don't know anything about it they didn't develop it Intel DID! Who shipping this Ship (Meego)

It doesn't really matter if Meego is dead. Once and for all, the Nokia N9 is NOT a pure Meego phone. The N9's true OS is actually Maemo 6, which is based on Qt just like Symbian Belle, all owned by Nokia. Nokia calls the N9 as their Qt flagship phone. They never referred to it as a Meego phone. It is only the uninformed and ignorant that call the N9 a Meego phone.

So theres hoping for Symbian to get swipe gestures soon... Then just let Symbian get rid the ???x640 screen res barrier and it will kill WP7 for sure, and put Elop face to shame!
