Apple users have to agree how horrible Apple maps was and maybe still is. I see them mostly using Google Maps on their iphone. Lol. Even reviewers cannot say any good things about Apple maps. It simply so bad.

ThunderCrackR, 01 Jul 2018Why don't they just give up?isn't it their obligation to improve their own apps for the sake of their users? I'm not an iOS user, but I don't see the point why theres hate. I understand the competition between the two but, don't you think that they have their own user that needs improvement. You are not force to use their apps or even their device. So just better say nothing because at the end of the day, you can't do anything about it. If you think it is not an improvement for you, how do you know if you haven't tried it.

Would be nice if thanks to this GPS will start to find places you need for. As a transport worker i have loads of times when 3-4 different maps just dont find the location where i need to deliver goods.

sr777, 01 Jul 2018Every company collects data, every one of those companies have a profile for you. But not other companies are marketing user data privacy like Apple. Apple fan boys open your eyes, your data is not safe with Apple, they always make their loyal customer fool. I don't understand why Apple is always after Android when they know they can't beat them and wasting money. Google Maps are something which cannot be out sided for century. I don't see any point in making another flop show.

What pains me is that neither Google nir apple allow disabling such data collection.
I use OSM-based offline apps just because of that.
